- KIDTOPIA Indoor Playground requires a $50 non-refundable/non transferable deposit to reserve a birthday party. The balance of party bill to be paid at beginning of scheduled party time.
- KIDTOPIA Indoor Playground is a shared facility where you may overlap with another party. But don’t worry …KIDTOPIA is HUGE, there is plenty of room.
- If you are planning to invite more than 20 children to your party, please notify us at time of booking so we can make sure that you have an adequately sized room!
- Don't worry, we'll call you to confirm your party numbers and food choices 3 or 4 days prior to your party. We want you to have a great time and place your party in the best room to meet your needs.
- You will have access to your party room for a full 2 hrs. Please don’t arrive any earlier than 5 min. before your scheduled time to set up – we can serve you so much better if everyone arrives according to schedule.
- Don’t worry, we will clean up. We do ask that you tidy up your things 5 min. before your party ends though, to allow staff to clean the room for the next party.
- Kidtopia is an unsupervised play area and therefore the “party mom or dad” booking the party are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of all the invited children. We recommend that you have some extra adults round to assist you in running your party safely and smoothly. A ratio of 1 adult to every 8 children is manageable.
- We think it goes without saying that no alcoholic beverages or smoking permitted (but hey, some folks need to be reminded so we put this blurb in).
- We do awesome loot bags!Please give us at least a few days notice for balloon or loot bag orders.
